What is a Vehicle Service Protection Agreement-Contract (VSC)?

What do I do when I forget my password?

We all do it! Click on the "Forgot Password?" link under the account login and answer the security questions that you selected during registration. You will receive a temporary password sent to the email address associated with your account.

Use your login ID and the temporary password to sign in. Upon signing in, go to the Profile section of your Account, and update your password using the temporary password provided via email for the current password. Then assign a password that you will remember.

How do I get my contract forms sent to me if I don't have an account and I didn't enter my email address?

Simple! Sign up for an account. Go to Assign Contract, enter your VIN and your contract number. You will then have access to your contract forms as well as the ability to have them emailed.

Does my vehicle qualify for coverage?

MotorAide provides coverage on a wide variety of makes and models of various ages. If your vehicle is less than 10 years old, is used for non-commercial purposes and has less than 90,000 miles on the odometer, chances are we will provide coverage! Examples of vehicles that we do not offer coverage for are Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, and Maybach. What is an Ultimate Wrap plan?

A MotorAide Ultimate Wrap plan covers items not covered by the Manufacturer's Powertrain Warranty (MPW). This plan "wraps" around the MPW and provides coverage for all component groups except for engine, transmission, and drive-axle components which are covered by your MPW. The Ultimate Wrap plan is designed to give your vehicle ultimate protection for less money.  You only pay for the vehicle service coverage you need.

Where is my contract valid?

Your MotorAide contract is valid in the U.S. and Canada; however, it follows the rules and regulations of the State where you lived when purchasing your MotorAide service contract.

If I have a claim, which repair facility can I take my vehicle to?

MotorAide permits our customers to take their vehicles to any approved licensed repair facility, meaning the repair facilities are required to have a license to do business in the State the work is performed. This is to protect our customers and ensure the repair facility will support the repair warranty for the work performed. What additional benefits do I get from my MotorAide protection plan?

Aside from covering a range of vehicle components in a mechanical breakdown situation, a MotorAide service contract can also protect a consumer by providing Substitute Transportation (up to $320), Trip Interruption coverage (up to $270) and 24-Hour Roadside Assistance.

What does 24-Hour Roadside assistance mean to me when purchasing a MotorAide service contract?

Several items are covered under the 24-Hour Roadside Assistance benefit within a MotorAide protection plan.  The benefit includes Towing and Wrecker Service, Flat Tire Change coverage, Emergency Gas Delivery Service, Battery Jump Service, and Key Lockout Service.  For each of these services, a MotorAide protection plan will cover up to $100 charge per service occurrence.  For additional questions regarding MotorAide's 24-Hour Roadside Assistance, please call 1-877-687-2433.
